Koehler, Ph.D. and Harry Elston, Ph.D. will be presenting a workshop entitled: “Why it went wrong: Blame-free investigation of lab-scale incidents“, on Friday, August 23rd at the American Chemical Society‘s National Meeting in San Diego, CA. Drs. Koehler and Elston are experienced accident investigators who aim to provide methods for investigating laboratory-scale incidents and to elucidate the underlying (root) causes of those incidents.
