• John A. O’Neill attended the 2016 HAI Heli-Expo (by Helicopter Association International) in Louisville, KY February 29 – March 3.
  • We are pleased to announce that John A. O’Neill has joined Professional Analysis and Consulting as Senior Aviation Consultant  —  John comes to us with over 35 years of experience at BP Amoco, during which he assumed increasing levels of responsibility for world-wide aviation support.  Most recently, he was manager of operations for the “downstream” segment as well as the other business and corporate segment, with emphasis on identifying and mitigating risk.  This included corporate jets and contracted helicopters.  Previously, he had oversight responsibility to ensure conformance with standards for all western hemisphere aviation operations, including fixed and rotary wing aircraft.  Among other activities, he conducted safety reviews for BP’s aviation contractors and helicopter platforms.  Mr. O’Neill will be responsible for consulting in areas of aviation maintenance, operations, safety, and accidents.  He is a licensed Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Power Plant mechanic, with an Inspection Authorization (A&P/IA), and a licensed private pilot.
