
Mr. Hall investigates failures involving aircraft as well as ground vehicles and industrial and commercial machinery. He is licensed by the FAA with an Inspector Authorization. He has completed the University of Southern California course in Aircraft Accident Investigation.
Mr. Hall specializes in complex matters to understand the relative contributions of maintenance, inspection, operation, certification, engineering design and change history, and manufacturing. His work involves mechanical, electrical, accident reconstruction and other disciplines. Clients include the NTSB, FAA, insurance companies, manufacturers, repair facilities, operators and owners. He has previously served his community as a fire fighter and is currently a Commissioner of the local Water Drainage District.
